I painted my toilet roll cover to block out two glued-back cracks. Bad painting.Haha.
I decorated my FIRST EVER Christmas tree!:D Andrew and his dad were kind enough to let me have my first ever experience with their tree.Loved it!
USS with the cousins and Godparents!:D I'm so proud to announce that cowardly me took every damn ride except for the Battlestar. Even the Revenge of the Mummy Ride, which I have no idea of what happened inside because my eyes were sealed shut and I was hugging my restraint so tightly and crouched so low that you don't even see me in the ride's camera. (Well, that was a long sentence.
CHRISTMAS DAY!:D Been waiting forever and it finally arrived!And it was awesome!:))Miss my cousins and nephews so much!Lovelovelove gatherings of my maternal side of the family.:D

My week in bad quality photos.

I would love to bring Castel (my DSLR) everywhere with me but sometimes he's too bulky to go everywhere.

So you'll have to deal with bad quality photos taken with my equally useless HTC.

So in accordance to the photos,

1) My house's fish pond, which I had for 16 years, has been torn down during the renovation works. :(

2)Tassel lost her tassel.

3)I got glow-in-the-dark teddy bears on glittery purple nails.

4)Finally wore my Doc Marten's Mary Janes out.

5) Andrew cooked for me on Saturday. :)

In all, I would say it was a fairly blissful week.

Especially loved Saturday because of it's simplicity yet it was so...awesome., for lack of a better word.

We went riding after like a month and a half, and got terribly sunburnt I must add.

I'm still red and raw!

And then after sending Amanda home, we went to Vivo to look for stuff and got groceries.

After which, we headed to Andrew's place where he cooked me Tomato cream spaghetti and bacon-wrapped snapper fillet. :)

It was pretty good too!

He puts my barely-existent cooking "skills" to shame.

Ha.

Last 3 days of school this week!

And then it's the holidays!

Whoop!:D

It's another weekend without the boy but not by choice.

That's the second weekend in a row.

We're awfully deprived of time together.

But there were surprise visits from the both of us last week.

Mine failed AGAIN because apparently, he has some sort of built-in radar that informs him of my plans thus ruining them every single time.

Truly frustrating.

But he managed to pull his off the next day.

And didn't let me forget his success either. =__=

Haha.

Spent the too-short evening dueling on Temple Run,Dragonvale and photo-boothing.

i don't know what led me here.

It's more like an opportunity to write about what's on my mind.

I have a diary but it's kept and only updated after every few months.

Haha.I'm hopeless.

Also,i have this reassurance that not many still reads this space. :)

I've been happy this 2011.

it's just about 9 months into the year and I can honestly say i've spent a large deal of it very happy.

I've met a wonderful guy and i still have my closest friends.

We drifted with school and other commitments but I take comfort in the fact that we still try to meet up.

In fact, a full 7 is meeting this thursday!:)

But there's this small part that pops up from time to time,

this annoying nugget of emotions that tries to tear you down and scare you.

And suddenly, everything seems to be a lie.

Doubts cloud your mind.

Questions fills your heart.

And fear consumes you.

You sit in your room at night or walk alone on your way back home,

and everything seems to overwhelm you.

You realize how tiny and irrelevant you are in the world.

How fragile your life really is.

How you really are.

How your mind,your emotions are so much worse.

And how you don't feel like you matter anymore.

Not to yourself and certainly,

not to anyone esle.

And then,

that annoying little nugget decides to go back into hiding..

and you hope to hell that all that negativity was unjustified,

and your life is as perfectly happy as it was.

Cause that little nuggets taints the truth.

It hides it,jealous of your recent happiness.

It isn't the truth.

You ARE happy.

So..June 10th has come and gone.
Too soon.
It seems like barely yesterday that he came
Back from New York.
4days is not long enough.

So now 4months in BMT.
2weeks before I next see him again on his
first book out.
2months in BMT is bad enough,but a popped
shoulder resulting in a failed Napfa test,
means he does 4months.

That damn shoulder might mean down Pes-ing
and a 9-5pm but its like going to NS for nothing
and neither of us want that although it does
mean we have so much more time together.

yeah I miss him.
I'm not used to not being able to call or text
him whenever I feel like talking or sharing
something with him.

One of the best cures for getting me out of a terror of a mood is to give me a cute skaterboy.
I'm a sucker for all that lean,tousled-hair,boyish charm on a board with wheels. x)

School has been throughly exhausting.
Wakeboard in the middle of the week and great after-session-company perks things up alot.
but still,exhaustion creeps.

Once upon a time,there was this little palm seed.

The little palm seed came from a big strong grown-up palm tree,the little palm seed was happy about that.

But the little seed didnt want to be a tree yet,it wasn't happy being a tree straightaway,it wanted more.

So the little seed travelled,by sea,by air and by any way possible.

It travelled to beautiful beaches where coconut trees lived but the little palm seed couldn't really fit in,so it moved on,banana trees,flowering trees,big forest trees,but the little palm seed didnt really fit in anywhere.

The little palm seed wanted the life with the big trees,not as a small palm tree.

It wanted it so so badly.

But one day,the little palm seed spent its time watching the other trees laugh and talk and it realised,it's never gonna be a banana tree or a big forest tree..so the little palm seed gave up its wish,planted itself and waited for its changes.
